Your tax-deductible donation will help change a child's life...one dream at a time. IMAGINE...being a child trapped by life's circumstances. Heroic medical efforts save sick and injured children, leaving some medically fragile – fully dependent upon medications, equipment and therapies. To live at home, these children and their families (birth, adoptive or foster) need access to the Dream House Family for Keeps® Transition Care Program and services. Hurray! Jimbo is sleeping at home tonight... After 48 days at the Family for Keeps® Transition Care Home in Lilburn, Jimbo said farewell for now. Dream House is very grateful for all the financial gifts that made it possible for Jimbo's post-surgery recovery in this fully-handicap accessible facility. Anticipating a 90-day stay, Dream House is pleased to report that made so much progress and benefited from the quality transition care he received, he went home Jan. 26.
