Dream House is honored to be a 2009 Pinnacle Small Business Award Recipient.

No child should live out childhood in a sterile hospital setting or adult nursing facility.

Dream House is a tireless champion for medically fragile children in Georgia. Their stories need to be heard. We are their voice.

Dream House is unlike any other program in the US. Our unique Transition Care Model provides the education, skills training, home modifications, equipment and health care supplies that enable families and empower communities to care for their medically fragile children at home.

Perceptions are changing daily. Be a part of the solution. We need your help to continue the momentum.

Dream House for Medically Fragile Children, Inc. was founded by a Laura Moore, a pediatric nurse and nurse educator for more than 20 years.

For all they suffer and endure - JUST TO SURVIVE EACH DAY - many of these children have no family, no home, no future, and no hope.

Hundreds live in Georgia hospitals or adult nursing homes. The nursing staff and television are the ONLY human contact they receive. Can you imagine?

After witnessing their struggles, Laura embarked on a crusade. These children, just like any other children, deserve a home, a family and a future.

Help us help medically fragile children in Georgia, and beyond.
