Dream House Family for Keeps™ Transition Care Program - Professional Course teaches the non-medical professional how to make sound decisions regarding the placement and supervision of a child with complicated health care conditions. Launched in November 2007, this comprehensive, two-day course is certified by NASW and LPCA for 12 Core CEUs.
The top priority in each circumstance is the safe and effective care for the medically fragile child. Faced with overwhelming circumstances, case workers, social workers and those in the judicial system, as well as others in the child's community such as teachers, will benefit from understanding the special needs of medically fragile children.

Once participants successfully complete the either the Dream House Family for Keeps™ Basic or Professional courses, additional training is available for anyone involved in the life of a special health care-needs child. Dream House offers a number of advanced skills training workshops.
