The Dream House organization exists today because our supporters have a heart for children in need - specifically medically fragile children. Grants: We continually seek new sources for grant awards to fund the Dream House Family for KeepsŪ Transition Care Program for children, families, non-medical professionals in the Georgia communities we serve. Invite us to apply for a grant from your employer or private foundation.
