Registered Nurse positions are available at the Dream House for Medically Fragile Children, Inc. Family for Keeps® Transition Care Home (a licensed Children’s Transition Care Center in Lilburn, GA).

• Qualifications: Current Georgia license as a Registered Nurse, minimum 2 years experience; current CPR certification; Satisfactory criminal record background result. 
• Preferred Experience: pediatrics, home care and hospital, caring for medically fragile children, trach and vent care
• Shifts:
  Full Time Nights (7pm-7am) 
  Baylor/Weekends - Nights (7pm-7am)
  PRN
