Program Expansion:
Dream House Resource Center LLC

This incredible expansion of the patent-pending Dream House Transition Care Model will be built within the Light House Village complex in Conyers, Georgia.

Capital Funding Needs: Request a Call to learn specific details about the following construction financing requirements for the future Dream House Resource Center LLC:

  • $     50,000 to conduct feasibility study prior to launching capital campaign
  • $   100,000 to complete site work and prepare five campus building sites
  • $   500,000 to build Transition Care Home #1 (donor gets naming rights)
  • $   500,000 to build Transition Care Home #2 (donor gets naming rights)
  • $   500,000 to build Transition Care Home #3 (donor gets naming rights)
  • $   750,000 to build The Retreat, a respite care home specifically for medically fragile children (donor gets naming rights)
  • $1,600,000 to build a Family for Keeps® Education and Training Center (donor gets naming rights)
  • $   250,000 to build a fully-handicap accessible Boundless Playground (donor gets naming rights)
  • $1,500,000 Endowment to support Dream House Resource Center LLC operations, programs and maintenance of common grounds

Dream House shares property with two other non-profit organizations. Both entities have launched their programs at Lighthouse Village in Conyers.
