NURTURE THE DREAM
Dream House provides wrap-around, hospital to home transition care programs and services for medically fragile children, their biological, adoptive and foster families, as well as others in their community (DFCS case workers, teachers, neighbors, daycare staff) who are interested or involved in the life care of these children.
