Heroic medical efforts save sick and injured children, leaving some medically fragile – fully dependent upon medications, equipment and therapies. To live at home, these children and their families (birth, adoptive or foster) need access to the Dream House Family for Keeps® Transition Care Program and services. Hurray! Jimbo is sleeping at home tonight... After 48 days at the Family for Keeps® Transition Care Home in Lilburn, Jimbo said farewell for now.
